28th Avenue Homes Ltd. offers Home Share services in Vernon for individuals who are eligible for funding through Community Living BC (CLBC).

Home Share provides an alternative to staffed residential settings, offering adults with developmental disabilities the opportunity to live in a supportive, family-style home environment. Individuals are carefully matched with qualified and screened home share providers who offer ongoing support in all areas of daily life.

Each home share arrangement is personalized and built around the individual’s unique needs, preferences, and goals. Homes may include a single provider, a couple, or a family, depending on what best suits the individual.

Our goal is to create meaningful, stable living situations where individuals feel at home, supported, and connected.
